Korean Flowercake workshop con G.G.Cakraft
The class will take place in Rome city Candy & Cake
Studio/Lab Via Sandro Penna 8 .
Four separate classes are scheduled from 1st to 4th November, with a price of 280€ each.
What the cost includes
All materials necessary to carry out the work, as well as lunch and coffee break are included.
Promotions and discounts
For those who wish to attend more than one class, a special offer is envisaged: 5 % off for two classes, 10% for four classes.
To reserve classes a downpayment of 50% of the total price must be paid by 15th Sept.
In case of course cancellation
Should the class be cancelled, downpayment will be refunded. Classes will take place from 9.30 AM to about 7 PM.
Classes will be taught in English. For Italian participants an interpreter is guaranteed.
At the end of the class participants will be given a certificate of attendance.

HalfMoon Cake / Chantyflex Tecnique
This project is aimed at creating awesome flowers made of Chantyflex cream on a fully-edible cake. You will learn how to make this particular cream whose characteristic is to make flowers stable and TANGIBLE. During the class open and closed roses, rosebuds, pine cones, raspberries and leaves will be created.
Bouquet Cake / Bean Paste Tecnique
this project is aimed at creating a sweet bunch of flowers using Bean Paste, a fully vegan cream made of bean paste. These flowers as well as the paper wrapping them are obviously edible. The flowers will be the following: Ranunculus, Stock, Lavander, Delphinium and 3D leaves.
Flowered Book Cake / Glossy Butter Cream Tecnique
Flowers bloom among the pages of an old book. It will be a cake to be fully eaten! You will learn how to make wonderful flowers and their three dimensional expressions. The flowers made of Glossy Butter Cream will be: Lisianthus, Peonia, Hydrangea, Astilbe, 2D and 3D leaves.
Flowered Pineapple Cake / Glossy Butter Cream Tecnique
Pineapple is full of tropical flowers. This is a cake made thanks to different techniques such as chocolate, butter cream, rice krispies and wafer paper. During the class you will see a demo showing how to create the pineapple using real cake and the following flowers in Glossy Butter Cream will be made: Clematis, Lanunculus, Chrysantemum, Astilbe and several leaves in wafer paper.
