The course will allow you to learn how to decorate shortcrust pastry biscuits using Royal Icing. Each participant will work on their own biscuit, which they will find already dry at the station, to create the painted face of a sweet little girl.

Under the guidance of expert tutors you will learn step by step how to create one with your own hands

During the course we will create the subject together as in the photo, learning and assimilating the techniques that will allow you to create similar ones. At the end of the lesson you will take the completed project with you.

Shortcrust pastry recipe and little secrets to obtain a perfect biscuit. Demonstration of the preparation of Royal Icing and how to fill a shortcrust pastry biscuit.

The students will each work on their own biscuit, which they will find already dry in the workstation, to create the painting of a sweet little girl.

The first step will be to learn the method for transferring the design. It will be painted with the chiaroscuro technique to obtain a depth effect in the image.

Finally, elements in relief will be created, with royal icing, which will give greater three-dimensionality to the whole.
